Technology research and development

Our company has its own special technical department, and the technical personnel are sufficient. The personnel of the technical department need to go deep into the production line, conduct investigation and research, assist the workshop to solve process problems, hold technical analysis activities as needed, organize and formulate technical measures to ensure production, and guide the process technology management of the workshop. The technical department should actively understand and absorb advanced technologies in the same industry at home and abroad, carry out technological transformation and scientific research activities, and continuously improve the level of process technology. Encourage employees to carry out technological innovation, technological transformation and rationalization suggestion activities, organize technical appraisal of new processes, new technologies or improvement opinions, propose measures and supervise implementation, and recommend reward projects. The technical department needs to do a good job in the daily management of process technology, formulate work plans, review process flows, review trial plans for new products, new processes and new technologies in production, fill in relevant business reports, be responsible for the approval of process reform and change, and check the implementation.

Our technical management and R&D are very mature. Before the production of each product, our technicians will formulate reasonable process production indicators to ensure safe production, normal operation of equipment, qualified product quality, reduced power consumption of raw materials, and controlled treatment of three wastes. For example, our current equipment sets are mainly 64 and 92, but we have dozens of products. Our technicians are from the original single model of several fitting covers, and then continue to explore and research and develop different styles, which are more in line with the different needs of users, so that users can use it more comfortably.

Gear cover is our main product, but we do not relax on other products, but also are constantly developing and developing, take hunting vests as an example, we do not stick to traditional products, in the case of ensuring various functions, we have made a number of modifications to make the vest more convenient and safe.
